Omschrijving:
Wij zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerde jobstudent voor aan het onthaal van onze organisatie tijdens de zomermaanden (week 31 tot 34). Als jobstudent aan het onthaal ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers en zorg je voor een vlotte administratieve ondersteuning.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Verwelkomen van bezoekers en klanten

  • Telefonisch en per e-mail beantwoorden van vragen

  • Administratieve ondersteuning op kantoor

  • Zorgen voor een vlotte doorstroom van informatie en documenten

Qualifications

  • Je bent beschikbaar de volledige periode: 28 juli tot 22 augustus
  • Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en een goede kennis van het Frans
  • Je zit momenteel in het Hoger onderwijs
