Voor een groeiend en innovatief bedrijf actief in de metaalsector gaan wij op zoek naar een jobstudent IT tijdens de zomervakantie.
Takenpakket:
- Verkennen van de OPC-UA interface
Node discovery op de EMAG-machines, identificatie van relevante datapunten (alarmen,
cyclustellingen, temperaturen, bewerkingsparameters). - Infrastructuurkeuze & opzet
Kies zelf de stack: Telegraf, Node-RED, een MQTT-broker, InfluxDB, TimescaleDB, … Je
motiveert je keuze en richt alles in (on-prem of als container). - Data opslaan & structureren
Tijdreeksdata betrouwbaar wegschrijven, rekening houdend met dataretentie en schaalbaarheid
voor toekomstige machines. - Visualisatie in Grafana
Dashboards bouwen in de bestaande Grafana-omgeving: OEE-indicatoren, alarmhistoriek,
machinebelasting in real-time.
