Als student commercieel medewerker ondersteun je ons team voornameleijk op commercieel en administratief vlak.
- Telefonisch contacteren van kandidaten om vacatures toe te lichten.
- Actief zoeken naar nieuwe kandidaten via databank, sociale media en jobplatformen.
- Kandidaten correct registreren in ons systeem.
- Commerciële acties ondersteunen (bv. screenings, opvolgcontacten, kandidatenlijsten aanvullen).
- Helpen bij het opstellen en publiceren van vacatures.

Qualifications
- Je bent een student en 1à2 dagen per week beschikbaar.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en een woordje Frans.
- Je bent communicatief, spontaan en durft te bellen.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en administratief correct.
- Je bent sociaal, commercieel ingesteld en werkt klantgericht.
- Je bent gemotiveerd, leert snel en neemt initiatief.
