Voor een gekende logistieke speler in Tessenderlo, zijn we op zoek naar een jobstudent Invoicing.
Je gaat de dienst facturatie ondersteunen. Je takenpakket:
- Carrier Invoice Processing : verantwoordelijk voor het controleren, verwerken en matchen van inkomende transportfacturen.
- Shipment Monitoring: zendingen nauwgezet opvolgen in de interne logistieke tools en systemen.
- Data & Excel: je verwerkt gegevens in Excel en zorgt ervoor dat alle administratie foutloos en up-to-date blijft.
We zoeken een student die vanaf 1 juni beschikbaar is voor 3 tot 6 maanden en dit voor een 3-tal dagen per week.

Qualifications

Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.

Je bent administratief sterk en werkt vlot met MS Office.
- Je bent een Excel held (filters, VLOOKUP, Draaitabellen, basisformules)

Je kan zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.
